Honeysuckle in Virginia-Highland sources from Georgia farms and the seasonal peach gelato is worth the summer trip alone. The pistachio is my everyday order but whatever fruit is current is always exceptional.

Sublime on 10th Street in Midtown is open 24 hours and the Fresh Squeezed Orange donut is unlike anything else in Atlanta. The line at 7am and 2am is equally long. Been coming here since 2010.
