61 Osteria is an upscale Italian restaurant created by Fort Worth restaurateur Adam Jones and acclaimed Chef Blaine Staniford, housed in the landmark 1961 First National Bank building at 500 W 7th St. The kitchen draws inspiration from all 20 regions of Italy, making mozzarella and pastas from scratch while showcasing Texas-grown ingredients in an Italian framework. Texas Monthly praised Jones and Staniford for continuing to elevate Fort Worth's fine dining scene.
