Blaze Pizza

Blaze Pizza is a national fast-casual pizza chain founded in 2011 by Rick and Elise Wetzel, the creators of Wetzel's Pretzels, opening its first restaurant in Irvine, California, in August 2012. The chain was recognized as Technomic's fastest-growing restaurant chain ever after hitting 200 stores in five years, was named America's Favorite Pizza Chain in a 2018 Harris EquiTrend study, and operates an interactive open-kitchen format where personal pizzas are fast-fired in 180 seconds.
