Blue Ox Tavern

Blue Ox Tavern is a family-owned Las Vegas institution with deep Minnesota roots, operating continuously in the Las Vegas valley since March 1980 and at its West Sahara Avenue location since 1996. Founded by David Aronsohn and carried on by son Ron and grandson Nathan, it serves hearty Midwestern comfort food — including the rare-in-Vegas cheese curds — alongside bar-top gaming in a welcoming neighborhood setting.
