Boneyard Saloon & Kitchen is a locals-favorite gastropub at 1251 Kearns Blvd in Park City, Utah, created by No Name Saloon owner Jesse Schettler and Chez Betty chef Jerry Garcia inside a revamped historic lumber yard. Nearly everything is cooked over a custom-built charcoal and wood-fired grill, producing burgers, ribs, fish and chips, and artisan pizzas with a distinctive smoky depth, complemented by 20 craft beers on tap. The rooftop patio, weekend brunch, and wall of big-screen TVs make it a year-round Park City staple.
