Born & Raised opened in September 2017 in San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood following a $6.5 million build-out by Consortium Holdings, and is recognized as a MICHELIN Guide restaurant. The 10,000-square-foot steakhouse is known for its dry-aged steaks, tableside service rituals, and a rooftop bar overlooking Little Italy, all delivered by tuxedo-clad servers in a dramatic art deco interior. It has received a TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award and is widely regarded as one of San Diego's premier fine-dining destinations.
