Boston Chops opened in Boston's South End in 2013, founded by chef Chris Coombs and proprietor Brian Piccini as a modern American steakhouse with a nose-to-tail philosophy and a 2,000-bottle glass wine room. The restaurant earned Food & Wine's Best New Steak Houses recognition and was named Best Steakhouse 2015 by Boston Magazine, with a second Downtown Crossing location opening in 2018 to national acclaim. Its signature bone-in ribeye was featured on the cover of Food & Wine magazine.
