Brown Bear Bakery

Brown Bear Bakery was founded by Blair Fornshell in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, beginning with a folding table at the City Flea market in 2012 before growing into a beloved brick-and-mortar shop. The bakery produces small-batch, scratch-made pastries and desserts guided by the seasons, sourcing local produce, dairy, teas, and herbs to craft an ever-changing menu of sweet and savory offerings.
