
Buxton Chicken Palace
Buxton Chicken Palace is the Chai Pani Restaurant Group's dedicated shrine to the fried chicken sandwich that Bon Appétit once named the best in America, originally served at Buxton Hall Barbecue. Located in Asheville's historic S&W Market food hall, the concept was co-developed by pitmaster Elliott Moss and restaurateur Meherwan Irani to give the legendary sandwich its own permanent home.
