Center Street Pizza

Center Street Pizza is a family-owned sourdough pizza shop opened in April 2023 by Mark and McKenna Huntsman in a 100-year-old, 700-square-foot building in historic downtown Logan. Mark developed his craft making sourdough bread and Neapolitan-style pizzas from his back porch before converting the space himself, and the restaurant grew entirely by word of mouth without advertising. The shop's signature high-hydration sourdough crust — made from an all-natural starter cultivated in Cache Valley — has earned a loyal following and a partnership supplying pizzas to Beaver Mountain ski resort.
