Communal Restaurant

Communal Restaurant opened in 2009 in historic downtown Provo, Utah, founded by former Sundance catering professionals who sought to bring a farm-to-table, family-style dining culture to Utah County. The restaurant sources approximately 80% of its ingredients from local Utah farms, butchers whole pigs in-house, and names menu items after the farms where ingredients originate. Communal was named to the Top 100 Best American Restaurants list, the only other Utah restaurant to receive that distinction being the Tree Room at Sundance.
