Brew. at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is the Strip outpost of a beloved New Orleans brand founded in 2013 by three childhood friends on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District. The Las Vegas location, inside the Cosmopolitan's Block 16 Urban Food Hall, serves more than 100 rotating scratch-made donut flavors, New Orleans-style beignets, house-smash sliders, and specialty coffee — all made entirely from scratch with no pre-made mixes.
