Founded by Adolf Dulan in 2001 and now run by his son Terry, this Inglewood soul food institution has landed on Thrillist's top 10 soul food restaurants in the US and the LA Times Top 101 list for multiple years. The mac and cheese is cafeteria-style served, described as soft macaroni meeting a rich, smooth blend of melted cheeses. Both the Inglewood and South LA locations remain active.
