In 2023, the Italian publication 50 Top Pizza ranked Fabrica 15th among all pizzerias in the United States, the highest placement for any Tampa restaurant in that category. The kitchen fires Neapolitan-style pies in a wood-burning oven, using a thin crust with a lightly charred, blistered cornicione and toppings sourced for freshness. The Channelside patio setting and wine and beer on tap complement a focused pizza-first menu. Established in 2015.
