Farr Better Ice Cream is a century-old Utah institution founded in 1895 as an ice harvesting business before transitioning to ice cream production in 1929. The Ogden scoop shop, now in its fourth generation of family ownership, has developed over 600 flavors using local milk and cream from Beaver, Utah. Fan favorites include Burnt Almond Fudge, Play Dough, and Weber State–inspired Wildcat Wripple, with products now sold in 17 states.
