Federal Donuts is a Philadelphia institution created by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Solomonov, combining twice-fried chicken and hot fresh donuts under one roof. The fried chicken comes with dry rubs or wet glazes including za'atar, buttermilk ranch, and honey ginger, served alongside made-to-order donuts dusted with creative flavors.
