Feges BBQ was opened in 2018 in Houston's Greenway Plaza by pitmaster Patrick Feges — a Purple Heart veteran and Cordon Bleu graduate — and executive chef Erin Smith, a Per Se alum who won Food Network's Chopped in 2016. Texas Monthly named Feges one of the state's top 50 BBQ joints, and the Houston Chronicle has ranked it among the city's top 100 restaurants multiple times.
