G-Que BBQ

G-Que BBQ is a Colorado championship barbecue brand founded by competitive pitmaster Jason Ganahl, who earned Rocky Mountain BBQ Association Team of the Year honors and multiple Grand Championships on the Kansas City Barbecue Society circuit before opening his first restaurant in Westminster in 2015. The fast-casual concept serves hickory-smoked Black Angus brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork, and smoked wings across multiple Front Range locations, including outposts at Coors Field and Empower Field. G-Que's competition pedigree and consistent quality have made it Colorado's most decorated smokehouse.
