Hello Honey is a beloved Cincinnati ice cream shop founded in July 2012 by husband-and-wife team Brian and Nitima (Pook) Nicely, who built the concept from home experimentation into three locations across East Walnut Hills, Downtown, and Pleasant Ridge. Everything is made from scratch — including waffle cones, stirred caramel, marshmallows, and ice cream sandwich cookies — with inventive flavors like Miso Black Sesame, Yuzu Lychee, and Raspberry Lavender Chip.
