Honeymoon Chicken is a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded fried chicken restaurant in Washington, DC's Petworth neighborhood, founded by Steve Salis with chef Rob Sonderman of Federalist Pig fame. The concept is built around all-natural, cage-free, halal-certified chicken finished with either a savory Honey Dust spice blend or a spicy-sweet habanero Honeymoon Dip. Signature menu items include the Hot Honey Dipped Chicken Sandwich, Shrimp Po' Boy, and the popular Honeymoon Chicken Bucket.
