Husk Nashville opened in 2013 as the second outpost of Sean Brock's acclaimed Southern brand, housed in a beautifully restored 1880s Victorian home once belonging to a 19th-century Nashville mayor. The kitchen sources from Tennessee farmers and updates its menu twice daily, spotlighting heirloom ingredients, house-cured charcuterie, and regional classics like buttermilk cheddar biscuits, pimento cheese with benne crackers, and boudin-stuffed quail.
