Islas Canarias

Founded in 1977 by Raul and Amelia Garcia and now in its third generation of family ownership, Islas Canarias is a Miami institution in Westchester so beloved the city named the corner 'Islas Canarias Way.' The authentic Cuban restaurant is famous for what many Miamians consider the city's definitive croquetas, alongside classic dishes like mojo chicken, oxtail stew, and fried whole snapper, and has won multiple Miami New Times Best Of awards.
