Kase x Noko is an intimate 14-seat omakase sushi bar in East Nashville, offering a 14-course nigiri and hand roll tasting experience crafted by executive chef Dung "Junior" Vo, who in 2024 became the youngest chef in Nashville history to earn a James Beard Award semifinalist nomination. Launched in late 2024 as an extension of the acclaimed Asian wood-fired restaurant Noko, it sources seafood flown in daily from Japan, Hawaii, Spain, and New Zealand. The experience is housed alongside what is described as the smallest Japanese cocktail bar in Tennessee, making it one of the most sought-after reservations in the country.
