Leon's Oyster Shop opened in 2014 inside a converted auto body shop by restaurateur Brooks Reitz, who previously served as general manager at FIG. The menu centers on fried chicken marinated in hot sauce and brined in buttermilk, alongside world-famous chargrilled oysters topped with butter, parsley, and Parmesan. Leon's has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand and been recognized by Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Condé Nast Traveler, and the James Beard Foundation.
