Lily is a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant on Clement Street in San Francisco's Inner Richmond neighborhood, opened by chef Rob Lam and proprietors Lucy and Lily Lieu. Lam, a Vietnamese-born Bay Area veteran who was named a Rising Star Chef by the San Francisco Chronicle in 2003, draws on his mother's restaurant background to create dishes that honor authentic Vietnamese flavors while using seasonal Northern California ingredients. The 49-seat restaurant quietly opened during the pandemic and quickly became a celebrated addition to the Inner Richmond dining scene.
