Little Caesars

Little Caesars was founded on May 8, 1959, by Mike and Marian Ilitch in Garden City, Michigan, a Detroit suburb, with $10,000 in savings and a carryout-only model that many predicted would fail. Marian's nickname for Mike inspired the name, and the brand introduced its famous "Pizza! Pizza!" two-for-one slogan in 1979. Now the third-largest pizza chain in the United States by sales, Little Caesars is headquartered in Detroit and operates locations on five continents.
