Little Miss BBQ

Little Miss BBQ was founded in February 2014 in Phoenix by Scott and Bekke Holmes after four and a half years competing on the KCBS competition barbecue circuit, where they won multiple grand championships. Named after the Holmeses' dog, the restaurant serves Central Texas-style brisket, ribs, and sausage smoked over white oak and pecan, and was named Best New Restaurant by both Phoenix New Times and Phoenix Magazine in 2014. Little Miss BBQ has been ranked among the top-rated restaurants in the entire country on both Yelp and TripAdvisor.
