Maharaja Cuisine of India has been serving authentic Northern Indian cuisine in the Seattle area since 1989, growing from a single Kent location to multiple outposts including West Seattle and near the University of Washington. Founded by Daljit S. Virk and Kuldip Sandhu, the award-winning family restaurant specializes in Punjabi and Mughal-style dishes prepared in a traditional tandoori clay oven, with signature offerings like chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, and kulfi.
