Marigold opened in February 2025 in Cincinnati's Fountain District, brought to life by Crown Restaurant Group co-owners Anthony and Haley Sitek as an elevated English-style public house blending British and Indian cuisines. Chef Megan Yung — a Le Cordon Bleu London graduate who trained under James Beard Award winner Stephanie Izard — draws on London's desi pub tradition, offering dishes like scotch eggs, birria-influenced curries, and a traditional British Sunday Roast on antique china.
