Mas Tacos Por Favor

Mas Tacos Por Favor began in 2008 as a food truck built into a 1974 Winnebago before owner and self-taught chef Teresa Mason opened the East Nashville brick-and-mortar location in 2010. The restaurant is celebrated for scratch-made Mexican street food including cast-iron chicken tacos, fried avocado tacos, and handmade tamales that Guy Fieri named among the best he had ever tasted on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Mas Tacos was voted Best Taco Place in Nashville by Nashville Scene readers in 2025.
