Miso Phat Sushi

Miso Phat Sushi is a multiple award-winning, family-owned sushi bar on Maui's South Shore in Kihei, founded in 2013 by boat captain Shawn Steadman and his wife Joy, who sources fish directly from Steadman's fishing boat named the Shiso Phat. Featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, the restaurant is known for its daily hand-selected fresh fish, specialty rolls like the namesake Miso Phat roll, and Miso Butterfish.
