Montauk Bistro

Montauk Bistro is a farm-to-table New American and Southeast Asian fusion restaurant opened on May 30, 2019 in Draper, Utah, housed in the historic 1880 Nielsen-Rideout Home — a pioneer-era stone structure listed with the Draper Historic Preservation Commission. Owner Lang and his wife Phayvanh operate a made-from-scratch kitchen renowned for its pad Thai, pho with rare sirloin, French dip sandwich, and locally sourced meats and buns. The charming historic setting and blend of American comfort food with Southeast Asian flavors have made it a standout dining destination in the Salt Lake Valley.
