Neng Jr.'s

Neng Jr.'s, opened July 1, 2022 in Asheville, North Carolina, by second-generation Filipino American chef Silver Iocovozzi and his husband Cherry Iocovozzi, is an intimate 18-seat restaurant exploring the overlapping culinary traditions of the American South and the Philippines. The restaurant was a 2023 James Beard Award finalist for Best New Restaurant, was named one of the New York Times's 50 best restaurants in the U.S., and chef Silver was named a Food and Wine Best New Chef of 2024 and a 2025 James Beard finalist for Best Chef Southeast.
