Nimblefish

Nimblefish is an intimate 12-seat omakase counter in southeast Portland, Oregon, opened in December 2017 by chefs Cody Auger and Dwight Rosendahl, specializing in Edomae-inspired sushi using Northwest-sourced seafood and imported Japanese ingredients. The restaurant ranked number 6 on Bon Appétit's Hot 10 Best New Restaurants list in 2018 and consistently appears on Portland's best restaurant lists.
