Noble Smoke

Noble Smoke is a heartfelt Southern barbecue restaurant on Freedom Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina, opened by Chef Jim Noble as the culmination of over 25 years of barbecue research across the South. The smokehouse runs eight wood-fired smokers — a blend of Texas-style steel pits and traditional North Carolina masonry pits — producing slow-smoked brisket, whole hog, and regional barbecue staples rooted in both Lone Star and Carolina traditions.
