Pho 813 opened around late 2020 in South Tampa, launched by the owners of the established Yummy House Chinese restaurant group, with the name a nod to Tampa's 813 area code. The restaurant is known for a pho broth simmered over 15 hours and has since expanded with a second location in the Orlando Millenia area.
