Founded in 1926 by Italian immigrant Luigi D'Auria in Boston's North End, Regina Pizzeria is the fifth oldest pizzeria in America and has been operated by the Polcari family since 1956. Its original brick oven dates to 1888, and the restaurant has been inducted into the Pizza Hall of Fame.
