Sacred Beast Diner opened in 2018 in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, founded by Jeremy and Bridget Lieb, both veterans of the celebrated Maisonette restaurant who spent years cooking in Atlanta, Las Vegas, New York, and France. Operating under the motto 'Simple Food. Taken Seriously,' the modern diner was featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in 2025.
