Saffron Valley East India Cafe

Saffron Valley East India Cafe is the second location opened by founder Lavanya Mahate, launching in March 2013 in Salt Lake City's Avenues neighborhood. Designed around a British Colonial theme evoking Old India of the 1920s, the cafe features the largest Indian food buffet in Salt Lake City, serving made-from-scratch dishes spanning all regions of India. Mahate has been featured in Food Network Magazine and recognized as one of Utah Business magazine's 30 Women to Watch.
