Salsa & Beer was established in 1998 by the Huerta family, bringing authentic Mexican recipes rooted in Jerez, Zacatecas traditions to North Hollywood. The family-owned restaurant has grown into a multi-location operation across the San Fernando Valley and is widely regarded as one of the top Mexican restaurants in the region, known especially for its signature salsa bar, free bean dip, and carne asada.
