Slaters 50/50

Slater's 50/50 was founded in 2009 in Anaheim Hills, California, by Scott Slater, who invented the chain's signature 50/50 patty — made of 50% ground bacon and 50% ground beef. The Las Vegas franchise locations were opened in 2018 and 2022 by husband-and-wife operators Andy Kao and Cindy Sun, who are the exclusive license holders for the brand in Nevada. The restaurant has earned multiple Best of Las Vegas Gold awards for Best Burger and appeared on Netflix's Fresh, Fried & Crispy.
