Spacca Napoli Pizzeria opened on Valentine's Day 2006 in Chicago's Ravenswood neighborhood, founded by Jonathan Goldsmith — a certified Neapolitan pizzaiolo who trained in Naples under master pizzamakers. The restaurant's wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas have been recognized by the Italian ranking site 50 Top Pizza as among the best in the world.
