Star Kitchen opened in 2008 in Denver's Far East Center strip mall at 2917 W. Mississippi Avenue, founded by Jong Ng after he moved from Los Angeles to Denver and worked at Super Star Asian restaurant. The dim sum-focused Chinese restaurant offers both traditional cart service and menu ordering, with dishes ranging from har gow and char siu bao to chicken feet and egg custard tarts. It is widely considered Denver's best dim sum destination, with weekend waits extending up to 70 minutes.
