Starlight Doughnut Lab

Starlight Doughnut Lab was started by baker Ben Greiwe in January 2019, originally selling potato-dough donuts at Nine Giant Brewpub in Pleasant Ridge, Ohio, before opening a brick-and-mortar shop at 4603 Carter Ave in Norwood. The shop specializes in small-batch donuts made with mashed potatoes in the dough, which adds moisture and creates a caramelized exterior, and carries six staple flavors alongside six rotating monthly creations. The shop has earned a near-perfect 4.9-star Google rating.
