Strings Ramen

Strings Ramen opened in 2014 in Chicago's Chinatown neighborhood at 2141 S. Archer Ave., billing itself as the city's first dedicated ramen shop. The restaurant produces fresh noodles daily using a noodle maker imported from Japan and serves four classic broths — Shio, Shoyu, Tonkotsu, and Miso — and has since grown to multiple Chicago locations including Lakeview and Hyde Park.
