Sukiya Sushi & Japanese Buffet opened in Midvale, Utah in 2024, founded by Japanese sushi chef Ricky with a mission to introduce Utah diners to a premium all-you-can-eat Japanese dining experience. The restaurant offers over 150 buffet items including 58 made-to-order sushi rolls, fresh-flown seafood including live stone crab and lobster, and premium options like A5 Wagyu from Japan and Bluefin Tuna from Spain.
