Superior Pho

Superior Pho is an award-winning Vietnamese restaurant founded in 2002 by Manh Nguyen — a former steel industry metallographer — at 3030 Superior Ave E in Cleveland's AsiaTown neighborhood. The restaurant is celebrated for a pho broth simmered for over 24 hours using a generations-old family recipe, and has been recognized by Taste Atlas as home to the best pho in the United States, with Food Network's Michael Symon calling it "the perfect lunch."
