Tatsu Ramen
Tatsu Ramen was founded in 2012 in Los Angeles by Ryu, a USC entrepreneurship graduate originally from Japan, who partnered with classmate William to open their first location at 2123 Sawtelle Blvd. The restaurant is named after the Japanese word for dragon and is known for its tonkotsu, miso, and spicy ramen bowls made with slow-simmered broths and premium ingredients. Tatsu operates multiple Los Angeles locations and is known for its iPad ordering system and late-night hours.
