The Highroller Lobster Co.

The Highroller Lobster Co. was founded in 2015 by Andy Gerry and Baxter Key as a food cart serving lobster rolls at Portland, Maine craft breweries including Bissell Brothers and Oxbow. After three years on the mobile circuit, the duo partnered with Pete Bissell and opened a brick-and-mortar location at 104 Exchange Street in Portland's Old Port in December 2018, building a nationally recognized destination for Maine lobster rolls and craft beer.
