The Melt
The Melt was founded in San Francisco in 2011 by Jonathan Kaplan, creator of the Flip video camera, originally as a grilled cheese and soup concept emphasizing all-natural ingredients. The fast-casual chain has since evolved to include its signature Angus-Wagyu blend MeltBurger and has been recognized as one of the highest-rated burger restaurants in California on Yelp.
